Okay, we live in Canada and have been to DL 4 times. It's me, DH, a 12 year old and a 14 year old. I teach, so we can only go at Christmas or Easter (or next summer, but we don't want to go then. Other things to do...:goodvibes). We've only gone in the off-season before. ( I was off with the kids). Last time we went at Easter Break. It didn't seem as bad as we thought it would be...

Can't decide for this year though. Do you guys think it worse at Christmas break, or during Easter for crowds? We've been there alot, so we don't mind going in the morning, then hitting the hotel and POOL for the afternoon then coming back at night...

Thanks!

In my opinion...Easter will be less crowded...but Christmas so much better:thumbsup2.....then again it may be to cold to swim in Dec.:rotfl2:

When would you be able to go in December? The week between Christmas and New Year's is by far the most crowded of the entire year, but if I had the choice between seeing the park in "Christmas mode" or just going during the busy Spring Break/Easter time, I would try to see it during Christmas!

And I agree with the PP that in December it might not be warm enough to swim, but then again you are coming from Canada :)
