Christmas on an Empty Main Street, USA

We put up our tree today, so the season started for us!!!

This makes me beyond excited for our trip next month. I doubt I'll get an empty Main Street like this but there will be Christmas shots aplenty. Great shot, Tom!!

It looks like the Christmas tree does not go up until the parade taping is over. Is this the end of our opportunities to get a photo of Walt placing the star on the tree?

Just how late do you stay at the parks anyway?

I stay late enough that I (we) go twice a year and yet cast members recognize us every night we're there.

...okay, it doesn't hurt that my fiancee is gorgeous.

We are there really late, though. When I say "last guests" on these posts, I mean it.

We had stayed really late too, I do not have a good camera (yet) (working on it) and the cast members are always cool.

I've seen your pictures and indeed you fiancee is beautiful, also your cat and dog are lovely.

That's really funny Tom! We just got back last night from our week and a half trip and found out when the trams stop running!! We were there one night until 2 am (it was extra magic hour) and we were told the trams ran until 2. NOPE!! So we hoofed it from the transportation center out to the tram depot at the end, to realize we were on the wrong side, and then walked over to our car on the other side. Needless to say, we were the last ones there that night too!

My days of shutting down Disney about ended when I had children....sigh.

You got me scared for a second. At first I thought you meant the buses. Sarah and I would be in trouble if Disney changed its policy on bus transportation. That long walk from the MK to Pop Century wouldn't have been fun! (or paying for the taxi as is the more likely scenario).
