We’re planning to attend the Catholic mass at the Contemporary in the Fantasia Ballroom.

Has anyone ever been before? Is it normally really crowded? If so, how early would you recommend arriving?

It's not crowded because the place is so big and they usually have two Catholic services with a Protestant one in between. The only problem is getting there. Your best bet is parking at the TTC or taking a bus to the MK. Unless you are staying at a monorail resort and you can just ride the monorail to the Contemporary.

we at have done Easter Mass at the CR
It was nice, but the seats were metal folding chairs and were told no kneeling Just standing and sitting when appropriate

We had a Chef Mickey's ADR after Easter Mass

We did the mass one time. We just parked at the resort. It was one of the few times we drove to WDW. And the only time we went other than May. We could have taken the bus but wanted to get there in time. Or bus to MK. If you can.
