Can anyone tell me if at the Christmas parties or during December if the parks have Christmas themed mugs or popcorn buckets. My DH loves to collect these

They also have certain merchandise at MK that is only sold during MVMCP. It will not be out during regular park hours.

I especially like to get the stuff from the Osbourne lights at MGM.

I think there is special stuff out for Christmas just about everywhere. Another reason it's my favorite time to go.

arminnie is right, they do have special MVMCP merch sold just during the parties. But be warned, they sell out QUICK! We were lucky enough to get pins the 2 nights we attended and a cute picture frame but the T-shirts went like hotcakes! We saw people getting in line in front of the shops well before they were releasing the stuff and then swarming in like they were giving it away free, which of course they weren't! LOL! My advice, if you see something you want grab it and don't let go! If you put it down chances are it won't be there again! Have a wonderful time!

I agree with MistyD. On the night we went to MVMCP last year, all the t's sold out minutes after they were put out and there were no more. We were very disappointed, but now better for this year!!

Thanks everyone and thanks for the heads up on the t-shirts. I bought one from the Halloween party but they didn't seem to be selling as fast. I was really disappointed in the lack of Halloween merchandise so now I am really looking forward to all the Christmas stuff.

Last year DH bought me a plastic mug at MGM at the Osborne lights that has red twinkly lights inside it and blinks if you turn it on on the bottom.

Is that the worst description of anything anyone has ever heard??

The lights are between the outside and inside. Very cool. Once went off in a meeting at work when I was playing with it. Oops.

I also collect the popcorn buckets - what does your DH do with his???

Believe it or not he has them stacked up on a shelf with his mugs(all 43) like they were some kind of trophies .

He loves Disney though so we indulge his obsession.

We got VERY lucky last year. We forgot to get mrechandise during MVMCP. I thought that I was out of luck since they put everything away after the party. But the next day I asked a CM if we could get some things. They made me show that I was there and then asked me what I wanted. The next day I decided that I wanted a few more things and asked a CM again if I could get an extra few things...What luck, they just got in new frames that were not out the last few days. The CM told me that they get new/different stuff in all the time, so always check back. It was funny, when they brought out the stuff they had to hide it from everyone, it was like a private showing. I bought tons of stuff.

Disney29 -would these be Disney Christmas picture frames? Could you elaborate on some of the things different that were being sold? I am way to excited and love to shop.

Thanks for the heads up about the merchandise for sale during MVMCP. We are going to our first this year so I will be sure to get it as early as possible. We are going to MVMCP the last night so I hope they still have some of the tshirts available then...DH and DS love to buy tshirts.

Also, the MVMCP merchandise isn't spread out all over the park. We learned - after it was too late - that the Emporium was the only place to get it. Is that consistent with everyone else's experiences??

I know I bought our pins and t-shirts for the MNSSHP at Star Traders in Tomorrow land.
