Christmas house

Hi! We are planning a stay for the week after Christmas, 3 adults and one child. We've stayed at Windsor hills and Indian ridge before, but I'm open to anywhere somewhere close. We'd like a pool, but that can be negotiable, esp if there is a community pool. My primary plan was a house, but I'm also open to timeshares, condos, town houses, if its a good fit. Our budget is around a 1000 max, but I'd love to be able to do a little less. I've gone the whrent route, scoured vrbo and home away, and while I have a few options that are ok, I'm hoping somebody can chime in with some awesome overlooked options...thanks in advance everybody!
