Got the crazy idea yesterday to give my step-daughter and DW a suprise Christmas gift at Disney. All I needed was a room and flights
. Phoned Disney, they had a studio at AK-SV for 3 nights starting on the 24th
. Now can I get flights down and back? After lots of searching for flights that would allow maximum use of the short period of time I found and booked SW from BUF Arriving at MCO at 11:40 AM on Dec.24 and return on Jetblue Dec.27 direct flight leaving MCO at 6:30 PM back to BUF at 9:00 PM 
Told them last night and they are really excited. DW is a little upset with me because she likes to plan things. Me, I love last minute vacations. The add on to our DVC membership this fall really paid off as this will be our 4th trip to the World in 2011.

and then to have great weather as well (they said record temps for Christmas Day) could never have planed any better. Wishing everyone happy holidays.
