Christmas exchange for me & DD

I need some creative ideas for Christmas and the single parent (me!).

Usually me & DD go Christmas shopping, mostly for her, but I give her a "Mom's gift fund" and let her go to the Disney store or Hallmark store by herself while I wait in another store for her to get me something.
I know I'm technically buying my own gift. That's why I'm looking for a new tradition now that she's older. Any ideas?

Maybe she could offer to do extra chores for you around the house as one of your gifts? Mayber a 'voucher' for cleaning your car or something?

Or she could get a small job, babysitting or something similar and buy you something with her own cash. I remember being so proud of myself when I got to that age and was able to buy parents presents from my own money that I made babystiting (nothing huge just a book or box or chocolates etc).
