Christmas Eve dinner in Epcot--need recommendations, please

We will be at Epcot on 12/24. I currently have a reservation for 7:10 pm at Rose & Crown. I am thinking I really would like something more like 5 pm, which rules out R & C (and also Le Cellier), but most other WS restaurants have availability. Garden grill is a possibility, too. My kids are teens but still enjoy the occasional character interaction.

What would you do?

We're eating at Biergarten although we would have done R&C but for the fact we have a resize there for NYE and didn't want to eat there twice. I love Biergarten and I'm looking forward to the Christmassy atmosphere.

Have you considered La Hacienda or San Angel? I think I would choose La Hacienda simply because we've never been and the pix of it look so pretty.
