We live in Seattle, but when we are in Orlando, we go to our "sister" church in Orlando: http://www.orlandochurch.org/index.htm. They are an awesome group of people (very loving and full of spirit!).
Though, they may only be offering Christmas night service - they have a full band and play a lot of contemporary music (plus they will have a lot of Christmas music, of course).
Since you aren't looking for a specific church, what about doing the Candlelight Processional Dinner Package on Christmas Eve? You'll get the Christmas Story read by John Stamos interspersed with beautiful music sung by a 400 voice massed choir led by the Voices of Liberty and accompanied by a 50-piece orchestra. Then stay for IllumiNations and take to heart the finale with its message of peace and goodwill throughout the world as your Christmas Eve "sermon" because it is a message we all need to get into our hearts these days. Not quite the same thing as a church service, however, it is a great alternative.
