Christmas Elf on the Shelf

I need help finding one please! I have never done this before, so i'm considering ordering a "elf on the shelf for dummies" handbook . My problem with this search is that I cannot seem to find anything but those creepy looking elfs
I have found a Duffy with a christmas outfit which I thought would be perfect, unfortunately I don't have a way to get one before Dec 1st. Unless of course someone is willing to help me make the magic happen?

Anyone know where I could get a non-creepy looking elf for christmas?
Please help!

This may be a little late but Pottery Bark kids had some cute ones a couple years ago (one of our elves is a PBK one) or Target might have some other cute ones.
