Christmas Disney Mini Snowglobe Tree? Help!

Did anyone get this from disneyshopping? Mine arrived today with one of the characters unattached in one of the snowglobes. I'm hoping they will just ship me another snowglobe and I won't have to return the whole thing?

But, my question to those of you who have this, there is one character that I just can't figure out. No eyes, no face, just white body with brown hat. Anyone know what I'm talking about? What is this?? In the catalog, this one is entirely in the back of the pictured tree and you can't see it. Maybe mine is missing something?

Call Disneyshopping right away and tell them and they will ship you out a brand new tree and they will send you a prepaid shipping label to send it back. I have asked before if they can ship parts and the answer is no.

Also the character you are referring to is Hop Lo from Fantasia. I have had this snowglobe tree for several years and I leave it out year around. I just love it.

Thank you! And I've never heard of Hop Lo, maybe I should rewatch Fantasia . Also I don't remember seeing this tree before this year. I've learned lots of new things today, LOL. Now, if I can just get Disneyshopping to answer the phone!
