Anyone who has been to Disney at Christmas, please help. We are going with DH's family...15 of us in total. 10 of us are staying at Old Key West using my DVC membership and SIL's family of 5 are staying at Saratoga Springs using their DVC membership. We are going 12/21-12/26. We are not going to get the dining plan...which will be a first for us, but my SIL's kids like to get appetizers instead of desserts and don't like to use the snack...so they don't want to get DDP. My family of 5 could get DDP, but MIL and FIL are staying in our 2 BR villa, so they'd have to get it too, but like SIL- they'd rather pay OOP since they don't like to get desserts or snacks either and they think the cost of DDP is too high. So, DH and I suggested we do table service menu places in leau of buffet places, but FIL loves the buffets. Here is what I came up with to try and please everyone.
12/21 O'hanas (SIL's family tradition is to go here the 1st night of the trip)
12/22 Biergarten
12/23 Bongo's (other SIL and BIL picked...they love Latin food, but FIL does not)
12/24 late lunch at Whispering Canyon (my pick, but it's an all you can eat place that'll please my FIL)
12/25 late lunch at Le Cellier (may have trouble getting it though)
If we can't get Le Cellier, I thought we could move Biergarten to the 25th for a late lunch and replace the 22nd with Boatwright's (my DH really wants to go here, but others don't seem to want to). Any suggestions? What else could we replace Le Cellier with...must be menu place not buffet (so SIL's kids can get their apps) and I'd prefer it not be a signature place (would be 2TS on DDP)...Le Cellier is NOT 2TS for lunch...oh and it has to be a late lunch.

Man is it tough to plan a trip with 3 other families...to many people to appease.
