Christmas decorations

When do they have most of the Christmas stuff up at WDW. Next year around Nov 6-9 I will be taking my mom and sister. I know that it is wonderful. I would love for it to be done in early Nov.

Not sure how many Christmas decorations will be up by then, but you could start to see a few as your trip continues. I know they start on the lights for the Osborne display early, but not sure when they actually turn them on, probably not until after your trip

The decorations actually start going up at Thanksgiving and they are completed by the end of the weekend.

Walt Disney World employs a Christmas Decorations staff of more than 20 full-time, year-round cast members, with additional part-time staff added during the holidays! This staff is responsible for scattering 1,200 Christmas trees throughout Walt Disney World, as well as draping 5.2 miles of garland and decking all the halls with 130 truckloads of decorations.

Friends of a co-worker were at WDW the end of October/first of November and they were putting up decorations then. They said it was really funny to enjoy the Halloween party and the next day see Christmas decorations.

We just got back Saturday and Christmas decorations are up now.
