What Christmas decorations are usually up by Veteran’s Day weekend (Nov.8-11)? Parks? Resorts?

Magic Kingdom should be fully decorated at that point as that week they usually film the Disney Christmas specials. All 4 parks should be fully decorated by mid November.

We went the 14-20th this year, and most resorts were decorated by our last day there. I believe wilderness lodge was the 19th, beach club 17th, akl the 20 or 21st...grand Floridian was done when we got there the 14th. The parks were mostly done, though, festival of the holidays opened at epcot during our trip.

Magic Kingdom, definitely. AK and HS, maybe. SWGE could shift things for HS. Epcot, probably not (fall runs longer because of food and wine). The resorts are a faint maybe - the big gingerbread pieces usually arrive one or two weeks before Thanksgiving, and it's a late Thanksgiving this year.

I was there this November 5-9 and MK was fully decorated, DHS was fully decorated (both started their special holiday offerings on the 8), Epcot was not decorated, and we didn’t visit AK so I couldn’t say. Disney Springs was decorated by the 9, the Contemporary gingerbread display was up, WL was not (we looked, lol) and GF gingerbread was starting to be assembled, I believe. Didn’t check any other resorts other than POFQ (because we were staying there) and while decorations weren’t up they did have a cute snowflake hunt around the resort.

We were there for Wine and Dine weekend.... Contemporary opened up shop November 1st and Magic Kingdom was already dressed up and running Jingle Cruise on November 3rd when we were there Studios normally starts changing over early but like a PP said SWGE could change this.... Epcot won't be decorated till closer to Thanksgiving due to Food and Wine .... I know DAK scaled back their decor in 2018 (at least in Dinoland cause they kept the Donalds Dino Bash set up instead of Donald and co in their Christmas looks) IDK what 2019 will bring

MK and HS will be fully decorated - HS is my favorite, with all the retro-kitschy stuff. I don't think Epcot was this past Veterans Day (it was the last weekend of Food and Wine and I believe decorations go up after). AK doesn't do nearly as many decorations as the other parks, but their tree decorations are really cool.
