Christmas Decorations at WDW after NYE

We are planning to be at WDW 12/31 - 1/5, and I was wonder what Christmas decorations may be up following NYE? We have seen some limited Christmas decoration in November 2015, but many of the decorations were not up yet. I'm also wondering when the castle lights might be taken down? TIA!

Generally holiday decorations are up until after the marathon that is usually the the first weekend after NYE. Last couple years they haven't come down all that quick. Now this is mainly MK which is where a bulk of them are located so other areas like resorts and such may start to come down sooner but generally timed to start after the marathon in jan. The also generally still do the holiday castle show but others might have dipped off, you'll need to look at the schedule when it comes out.

Holiday decor will stay up in MK for the marathon which is 1/7. Other parks and resorts have their own schedules. The gingerbread displays are usually gone by 1/3. The other parks are usually down by the marathon. So you should have a chance to see most things.
