Should tha decorations for Christmas be fully installed by this time?

Assuming this year is similar to previous year's, much of the decor will be in place, but not all of it at the start of the Holiday season. Things appear over the course of the season, so while a good portion (enough to get most folks in the holiday mood) will usually be available in mid-November, other things will not appear until later. Also, it's worth noting that with the 60th anniversary this year, it's not known what kind of impact that will have on Holiday Time at DLR.
