CHRISTMAS DAY...Where will you be?

If you'll be at the World on Christmas day, where will you spend the day? Which park or other activity do you have planned?

This will be our last full day of vacation, so we will end in one of the parks, but am trying to decide which one. We're a Grand Gathering party of 12, ages 2-63. This will be our 7th park day. I'm curious to hear your plans!

Ok, I am glad someone else is thinking about this because I haven't seen many posts yet about christmas. I was just discussing this very topic with my husband and our plan is to wake up-open our one special gift to each other (we're buying one gift because the trip will be our gift) and then heading to Main Street USA!! I don't know what we'll find there, but it just seems like the right place to be on Christmas morning!! I'd love to hear any events that might be taking place that day.

Magic Kingdom is packed on Christmas Day. We were there for a 9:30 breakfast at CRT this past Xmas morning. By 11 we were headed for the exit ...just too many people streaming in. Went over to Animal Kingdom and had a delightful relaxing Christmas Day and late afternoon dinner at Rain Forest...then back to the Dolphin for a rest and Illuminations at Epcot for the third time in 5 nights :teeth

Planning on ADRs at Chef Mickey or CP (have it on my calendar to call early next week) for Christmas morning with DD9 and my mother who will be visiting. Don't know if we will stay in the park, but I hope to take my mother to GF, BC/YC, etc to see the Christmas decorations. This will be the first year (out of the three XMASs we have lived here) that we will venture into a park. This past Christmas DD and I spent part of the day at DTD - seeing Narnia, and doing some shopping! It was fun too!

We have breakfast ADR at Boatwright's and dinner at Chef Mickey's. As for the day, we may hit DTD, play at WinterSummerland, and hit a few resorts. We might try to go over to MGM to see Osborne Lights after dinner. I've tried being in a park on Christmas Day, but it is just way too crowded to get much done.

I have known friends that went Christmas week and they hardly got to ride anything the crowds were so bad.. but they are not the kind of people that would stand in a line for hour plus either.. they did see a ton of characters though.

We will be at Epcot enjoying the speakers in each country. In August, we will attempt to book a Candlelight Processional Dinner Package for Christmas Day.

I've been wondering too I would love to go to MK but from what I've read the crowds are horrible. So we are going to Epcot. We have ADR's at Garden Grill. We also thought about MGM. We made our decision based on dinner.

We most likely won't be doing a park on Christmas Day. Our plans are to do a couple of rounds of mini golf at Winter Summerland and probably some resort hopping to see the decorations and get some pics.

We have ADR for Garden Grill on Christmas Day also, but we picted Epcot due to the fact that we wanted to do Candlelight Processional on Christmas Day. Then looking at last years menus, it seemed that Garden Grill served the most traditional Christmas dinner menu.

thanks everybody...we still aren't sure what we want to do...I do have ressies for Chef Mickey's dinner that night...end the trip with some extra fun! I'd love to be in MK for the final day, but I just don't know about the crowds.
OK...I know there are more Christmas crazies out there! Where will you be? I want to hear!
