Christmas day Question

We are only going to have one day (that being Christmas day) to do Universal/IOA.
We have done Disney on Christmas day (week) before and know how crazy busy it is there. How is that compared to Universal/IOA?
Is there enough time to do (or a majority of) both parks in this time frame? Or are we better to just focus on one park for Christmas day?

It is fairly busy but the crazy week starts Dec. 26.

The park opens up early that day, be there about an hour before hand. Depends on what you want to do most, but I would recommend IOA first, then the studios. We went one year and had everything done by 10 at IOA and 2 at the studios then went home and opened presents.
