Christmas Day 2019: Harry Potter vs Magic Kingdom

Going over to WDW during the dreaded Christmas Week 2019. I know, I know. We're crazy and that's fine. This question is not about which park would be less crowded. They'll all be super crowded.

I'm more wondering about the experience. Has anyone here has been to Universal during the holidays? How does it compare in terms of "magic"? Because Harry Potter is all about Halloween and Christmas so I'm assuming it's pretty. But is it better than Magic Kingdom?

I don't know about theming, but one thing to remember is that both Harry Potter areas are very tight -- not a lot of space to walk around. If they have holiday crowds as well, that could be unbearable for my family. It can be hard enough to walk around there when crowds are average.
