Christmas Cruise with teens?

We are thinking Christmas at WDW with a few days on a Cruise. Please tell me how your 16 yr old boys liked their dis boat adventures? was it claustrophobic? did they mingle or stick to you? What about clothes? Formal needed?

What is there for them to do? Thanks for any comments.
