This quote was posted on a Laughingplace.com thread:
"I know people have alluded to this stuff on various posts, but I thought I'd just put the info we have received from WDW into one post for comment. Apologies if it adds nothing new (I've a very bad memory!):

Mickey's Jingle Jungle Parade will debut November 30 and now run through January 2 (it was originally slated to close just before Christmas). Expect to see Santa Goofy amongst other festive characters as DAK finally celebrates an African savannah Christmas! It appears that the village surrounding the Tree of Life will also be decorated substantially.

IllumiNations: Festive Reflections of Earth..reminiscent of the old IllumiNations that used to feature a Walter Cronkite-narrated Christmas edition, a new finale has been created for this much beloved (now 5 year old) show.

Also, EPCOT will also feature a new tree lighting ceremony with the characters and new decorations.

Sadly, it looks like the festive edition of Wishes has been shelved for this year :-((("

Just checking to see if anyone here knows anything about these "changes"? I am especially interested in whether they have changed the Christmas version of Wishes to be played at MVMCP. I have heard it surrounds the park at the end and have really been looking forward to seeing it. Also really interested in the "change" to the Tree lighting ceremony at Epcot. I have heard so much about this from other posters that we have changed our plans and are now going to Epcot on 2 days just to see this (since we could not do CP, Dinner package and Tree lighting on the same day).

Any thoughts would be great.

I dont have any more info.

But thanks for this info! Good to know!
