When do they usually put Holiday items out on Castaway Cay?

I know I have been in the parks at the end of October and one day it was Halloween, and two days later it was decorated for Christmas.

not sure of the exact day but we will be on the dream 11/16/15 and I was told it would be decorated by then

in 2013 we sailed the last week of October and the first week of November. when we got on the ship it was Halloween to the fullest. we got off, waited in the terminal for a few hours and when we got on it was full on Christmas. tree and all. the only thing that was not up was the gingerbread house. castaway cay was decorated for that week as well.
now having said all that, I keep hearing from people that it was a one off and it doesn't happen that way often. we usually sail a b2b in October and have never done anther of the b2b oct/nov so not sure if it has happened again or if it will happen again.
long story short, that was my experience.

We got off the Dream last year on 11/8 and they were putting the holiday stuff up as we were leaving , so we missed it. (But we're going to get it full-on this year with our mid-December cruise!
