Christmas Cards

When do you mail your Christmas Cards? I've had mine all done for quite awhile now. I'm thinking I'll send them right around 12/1.

I try to wait until around the 2nd week of December, but since mine are done already, I might send them out a bit earlier.

If I have them addressed, they go out the weekend after Thanksgiving. (That hasn't happened this year! )

I always mail on Dec. 1 unless that is a Sunday.

I plan on doing mine tomorrow. I've got to find a photo for them and then they're outta here!

Do you all prefer a more formal photo or a funny photo?

I like the first one... it's fun!!!!

I pick up my pics for my cards next week and will try to get them out the 1st week of December... here is our card, it's sharper in it's original size:

In the past I've gotten them out by about the first week of December, but this year I'm sending them later...December 16, the day before we leave for WDW. It's at DS's request...he doesn't want his paternal grandmother hounding about not being at her house this year for the holiday. She was unbelievable for Thanksgiving...really piled on the guilt to the poor kid. He's only 13 and the only grandchild until April. DS tries to be polite and not be disrespectful when he speaks to her, but being nice isn't understood so he'd rather not have to deal with her for Christmas.

So, the cards will go out in time to let her know that we're gone and she can't lay a guilt trip on her grandson.
