Christmas Capacity Closures question

we will be there over this holiday staying offsite. As a rule, I believe MK often closes due to capacity at some point during the day. Do you think I am safe assuming it would reopen by 5pm? Booking fastpasses for 6pm but want to ensure we can get in to the park.

1. I'd not say "as a rule." It's more like, "sometimes."

If you book fastpasses for 6pm, I'd stay in the park. There's no guarantee you'll get back in if they close.

Do you have an annual pass? Will you be have an ADR inside the park? Will you have entered a park earlier in the day? Disney closes in four phases, and each of those would allow you in at a different level.
