Christmas came early at my house!

Yesterday I earned a new 45 lb clippie. Overnight I lost another lb and that finally put me in ONEderland!

I'm not even half way to my final goal yet, but it sure does feel good to meet those two smaller goals in time for Christmas.

I want to thank all of you for your support and encouragement and for sharing your stories and struggles here on WISH. It's so much easier knowing we're all going through this together.

Oh my goodness... I can't imagine any better way to start the season and the new year.

I'm so proud of you! I know how much work and discipline it takes to earn that 45 pound clippie. I know you're feeling just GRAND today! And I know you must be able to see a huge difference in your appearance, too. Feels pretty good, I'll bet!!!

(Wow... I wonder how many WISHers struggled and worked and sweated and achieved ONEderland this year? It's a pretty marvelous club to feel part of. And we've got lots of new member who'll be joining us next year!)

Thank you so much for all of the encouraging words. I went to a holiday party yesterday and was very good and then did some low carb baking. So far I have managed to maintain my weightloss. Now I have to get through this week.

The other day someone asked me if I was melting?
