Christmas Bonus TODAY!!

I know it's early but, my boss said it's better than waiting until Christmas Eve, this way I can spend it on Christmas, he said. Isn't that thoughtful?

I just started working for him about 12 weeks ago, I work part-time hours and, he gave me $400 cash! WOW! Very generous I think. And, being that I'm part-time and, I'm off when my kids are off, I have 2 weeks (unpaid of course) off at Christmas!

I will be getting my bonus the day I get home from Disney World. I should get a letter the middle of next week to find out what my raise and bonus will be. The anticipation is driving me insane!

I agree you are VERY LUCKY!!! I've been working (paralegal/office manager) for my boss (attorney) for 3 years now and I DON'T GET ANY KIND OF BONUS OR RAISES and this is the first place I've ever worked in my life that DID NOT give a bonus at Christmas. I was wondering myself if most people got bonuses at Christmas anymore.
