Christmas at WDW

We are due to travel to WDW on 29th October and will be there until 13th November. Can anyone tell me when the Christmas decorations go up in the parks? We have never experienced christmas at Disney before and it would be great if we could get to see the tree before we go home.

We were there last year on November 11th, and all the parks were decorated for Christmas. We didn't go to Animal Kingdom, but I figure that it was, since DHS, MK, and Epcot all were. I saw Christmas trees in all three parks. There weren't lights on the castle or Christmas music, because I think that only starts after MVMCP starts. So, I'm sure you'll probably see somethings that are Christmasy.
