lol, as long as you can make it to the rides I think I should be alright, but I've heard of the Fast passes running out and stuff?

Yup, that happens. For the really popular attractions (Space Mountain, Test Track, Soarin')they can run out by noon, maybe even before.

I've been to WDW over Winter Break and Spring Break, and yes it gets crowded, but we take advantage of early opening and fast passes, and we never have a problem doing what we want to.

It was fun. We went closer to the beginning of December, but the decorations were already up. The best bit, IMO, is the Osbourne Lights in MGM, then the special Illuminations ending.
