Christmas at Universal Orlando 2010

All of the details about this year's Christmas event have been released for Universal Orlando, read all about them here.
The Macy's Day Parade and Grinchmas are both returning. And on top of that Mannheim Steamroller will be performing three times during December. There will also be a Christmas Village...but what about Potter?
There will not be anything special happening in the WWOHP this year. Read more details here.
But it does look like the rest of IOA is getting a great Christmas Makeover.

Does this mean no holiday decorations until the weekend of the 4th? I was hoping the parks would be "Christmasy" the first week of December when we will be there.

You'll see the decorations since according to that link, they are decorating right now. The festivities won't start till the 4th.
