Just got back.. Loved it

Thinking about booking for December.
Just want to know is it worth it? Are the Christmas decorations good? What else is worth knowing about Christmas build up.

Thanks

I love the Christmas season at Disney and hope to see the Christmas Dreams sequence. I would live for them to bring back the Christmas parade with the reindeer but can't see that happening anytime soon

Christmas at DLP is magical with the tree, the beautiful castle and snow on Main Street :wizard:

It's A Small World usually has a Christmas 'overlay' too and the decorations look great (best at night).

I just love the whole park at Christmas, it's my favourite time to visit.

Best time of the year at dlp in my opinion,we go every year.

I'm really excited about the special xmas Dreams, hosted by the snowman from the new movie Frozen. There will also be a christmas cavalcade with 2 additional floats, and the Magic on parade has an additional float aswell, featuring the princesses from Frozen.
Also, the tree will be a new one, and the tree lighting ceremony has changed. Some characters will be in xmas outfits and Jack Skellington will have a meet & greet venue.
Can't wait!

Oh I won't to go at Christmas so much x

Nothing I like more (and have missed for the last couple of years) is a visit to DLP at Christmas.

It's all decorated, it's cold (very cold) and it's just a lovely, magical experience.

I've visited in the Summer twice, but it's just not the same experience as during the Christmas season.

Iain.

Christmas at DLP is the most magical, christmassy thing I've ever seen. The kids loved meeting Santa and when it would snow on Main St (keep an ear out for the tinkling bells) and it was lovely being all wrapped up in our woolies drinking hot chocolate watching the now finished Fantillusion. But now theres Dreams and it should be extra special when its rethemed for Christmas.
We had drinks by a roaring log fire in the Sequoia Lodge and it was just perfect.
Midweek in November was also quiet and we got to see and do loads.

Im so happy reading the feedback as im going in November when the Xmas season begins. I have never been to DLP before and never seen the Xmas decorations in any park.

We went for the start of the Christmas season last year in November. I wrote a couple of blog posts about it if you want to look will give you an idea of some of the decorations and what's on and what not Clickie
