Christmas at disney

Has anyone done Christmas at Disney solo? As this year is going to be my first without my mother (she died yesterday) I was thinking of doing this so I won't be alone over the Christmas period.

I'm sorry to hear about your mother

I have never gone solo at Christmas before, but I'm thinking of doing so this year.

My birthday is on Christmas day, and after a lot of very bad Birthday/Christmases (I spent this past one alone), I decided I'd like to do something for myself this year. I would love for that to be Disney. I think visiting the Magic Kingdom, followed by having dinner at the new Be our Guest Restaurant that should be open by that time sounds like a great way to spend the holiday . I hope you can find some way to make the day special for yourself as well.

Thanks she went very peaceful which I am grateful for. As for Christmas if I do come over for Christmas we could always meet up for Christmas day.
