Christmas at Disney

Hi, we are looking at spending a couple of nights at Disney over Christmas, from 27/12 and coming home on 29/12. We are a family of 2 adults and 3 young children and the hotel coming up to meet our criteria is 'My Travels Explorers Hotel'........We have never stayed at this hotel and I just wondered what it was like and its location? When we went last year we stayed at New York Hotel and that certainly met our needs.

In addition to feedback on the hotel, could anyone tell me if there is anywhere doing any good deals for Disney over Christmas, or is it just as well to book direct?

Have a look in the Hotel FAQ sticky Nat.

Although the location isn't as good as the Hotel New York there are free shuttle buses and the hotel has great facilities for kids.

I couldn't find any special deals for our Christmas/New Year trip, but www.magicofdisneytravel.co.uk beat the price I got given direct from Disneyland Paris.
