Christmas all year long!

I'm so glad Zoe is feeling better!

If it was me, I would either change the dates or make sure Kira could help with the bags. Can't the guys take anything with them to help lighten your load? It seems like a lot for the two of you! Too bad you can't take the flight on the 9th and let the boys deal with the bags on the 10th!

Ann, I have no idea what travelling with a 6 year old is like, but we usually travel with 4 suitcases and 2 carry ons (and a bag of some sort) and even from the car to the check in counter it is a struggle. So IF you can change your flights I would go with it ...... more hands, less struggle!

I have decided that I should switch. If Kira does not go and parks to help me in with the luggage, there would still be the fact the flight on the 10th is super early and the guys would get there and maybe not request the building I want to be in. (not that it reaeeeely matters.. but)

Yeah, I would go with option two, as well. Might as well make it as easy on yourself as possible, right? :goodvibes

I think you are right. I will have spent a good chunk of the year trying to get everything lined up perfectly. Getting there ahead of the guys may not make it as easy for them... but it would for me. :goodvibes

LOVE this view! What building were you in? I haven't put in a request for building yet, but I like this view. I too could handle looking out at that every day :goodvibes

It was so close to the classic hall. It was a standard room too. When I do my room request, I will be asking for 60's section, building, 4 lake view. This room is also on 3rd floor. I would imagine 4th would be fine too. The lower floors might be not as nice since it isn't too far from the smoking section and I am not sure what the view would be like. However, it was quiet and convenient.

One of the benefits to me taking the flight I booked Zoe and I on was that we could check our bags for free. It will save $50 to take the guys bags. Course, looking at what a hassle that could be to take them... the $50 might be more than worth it.

This was the first trip we took to WDW. The guys didn't want to go to Askerhus and see princesses so Kira and I took Zoe all by ourselves. I think this may have been one of the most magical moments on any of our trips up to that point. We LOVED it. The food was good, the atmosphere nice... and seeing all those princesses.:cloud9: Zoe was in heaven.

This was taken just this last september. It would seem we often leave AK for our depart day since you can fit so much in in such a short amount of time. This was our last day and since we wanted to cram just a tad more in.. we chose to do an early morning breakfast at Tusker. It was HOT. The ac had broke and EVERYTHING was fogging up inside because of the humidity. It wasn't until we were nearly done eating that they got it up and running. We all enjoyed breakfast. What is there to complain about getting to see the characters as they come to you? The complaint (other than the ac not working) was this pic. Unlike at Akershus where they take your pic and bring your photo package to you as a part of the cost... this was a pay for the pic sort of deal. We did not get the package and left feeling sort of odd about it.

Love the ariel picture with Zoe, absolutely precious!!! and i am very glad she is feeling better, i HATE when mine are sick or feeling poorly.

Sorry I missed yesterday's game photo, but I am really glad to hear Zoe is feeling better!

:goodvibes That would be cooooorect! (well...except not MIL) 3 points for you.

Well, isn't your mom your DH's MIL? :rotfl2:

I was just thinking how small this world has become. You posting your photo in the NW of the US and here I am in Austria playing with you!
Guess, Walt WAS right after all ...... It's a small world!

:rotfl: yes... you are right. ;)

And... you know Walt was right... small world. Funny as it is, even though the world's population is greater... I think with the internet and other media it sure has become smaller. 100 years ago we would not be having any sort of conversation. Well...100 years ago my grandfather still had siblings in Austria (well... what was Austria then..) ) so maaaybe we might have had a conversation ;)

Darn it! This was one of the few pictures I knew instantly! :lmao: I was just too slow!

We loved Tusker House, but you're right...the pay for the photo thing is a bit weird.

Let's try this .......... your mom, Zoe and Kira, at the Nemo Show at the Animal Kingdom?

September 2010 - This is my mother and Kira at Coral Reef. Mom had never been to WDW. This was a special treat for her to celebrate her birthday. She had a good time eating at all the restaurants. This time we were seated at a table right at the glass. It was amazing. (except for when young children thought that our space was theirs just because they too wanted to see the fishys up close. ;)) It was a nice meal... except for the fact that they didn't bring our meals out at the same time and my mother ended up eating mine. We ordered the same thing only I wanted my steak rare. Well, rare came out first and she dug in. :rotfl: Poor Kira was doing all she could do to get her to stop and check first.. but by the time we realized that it was my steak she had eaten quite a bit of it. :rotfl2: Like she was somehow ravenous despite all the dp dinning we had been doing. I think it bothered Kira more than it did me. Would have I liked my rare steak instead of the one much more close to well done? Yes... but all was fine. It was Disney! You can't be disappointed for too long. :goodvibes
