We are booking the 4 night November 25th to occur in the middle of a Thanksgiving/MVMCP trip and would love to see what kind of Christmas activities, decorations, etc the Wonder usually has during that time. Any advice, stories, photos are very much appreciated!

Thanks!

DW and were on the(Magic) 2006 Christmas cruise. I have photos on my website (link is below in the signaute line.) They do a real good job at christmas time. My brother's family was on the cuise at Thanksgiving and the decorations were up then also. CC is done up real nice also.

Santa makes an appearance both on the ship and on CC along with Mrs. Claus (on the ship only). But I will let the photos speak for themselves.

Thank you! Your photos are gorgeous...I have a weakness for gingerbread houses so that totally sold me!

(DH was intrigued by the planes!)

Thanks. If you stop at St. Maaten, Maho beach is only a short taxi ride away (about 30 minutes) from the ship.

Hi!!! I've been waiting for a thread for November 25 - great to see someone else!! We're WDW veterans, but this is our first cruise too! See you there!!!

Are you guys going to WDW either before or after the cruise? We're thinking of going after the cruise (work schedules). We've never been to WDW while the Christmas decorations were up!! We are so excited!!!!

Both!!

So far we're at SSR on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and then for a week after the cruise - making it 2 weeks total. Not sure if it'll stay that way though. Depending on airfare we might fly in after Thanksgiving. But I know we have to have time in the parks after the cruise so we won't be too sad leaving the ship ;) . Plus we love MVMCP and all the decorations.

You will LOVE the decorations - SO SO SO beautiful. The best way to describe them is that WDW takes the decorating all the way up to the edge of "too much" and stops right before they hit "too much". Everything is festive and gorgeous. Even the different snacks in the shops are Christmassy.

It is the best way to start the holiday season!
