Christmas 2020.. am I too late

Am I too late to book a room for dec 2020 or have not all rooms been released yet ? I’m booking most dvc but wanted to add a few on .
I see some still available on third party sites ?

If you are trying to book DVC resorts for December 2020, you're too early. DVC members can book into their home DVC resorts at 11 months and at other DVC resorts at 7 months. I would probably start poking around inventory again in February and keep checking from there.

I see tons of availability for non-villa cash rooms on the Disney World website. Those are available to book. I would assume, since DVC members cannot book any resort until 7 months out, that you won't be able to book a cash villa room until then either.

Even with a cash stay, you will need to wait until closer to when the rooms are released to DVC members. Which resort, exactly, are you trying to book? I just plugged in Dec. 20 - Dec. 27, 2020 and, quite literally, every resort except DVC resorts are available for those dates due to the DVC member reservation timeframes already posted. The only DVC exception is Riviera as it started selling points just a few months ago.

You need to wait until the end of January to book a DVC resort, except maybe Riviera. Riviera may still have unsold inventory for Dec 2020.
