Christina's Story-Rachel Ray Show

I've been trying to follow Christina's Story on Rachel Ray-unfortunately her segement always occurs as I'm walking out the door to pick up ds6 from school.

Does anyone know how I can follow her? I tried Rache'ls website but I can't seem to find a link.
