Yep, I think she was playing at the Monsters of Rock concert or something like that and she was going to play a song on the grand piano and people booed and she went off on the audience.

I love flyleaf & Evanescence. I didn't know that once evanessence were conidered a Christian band. They never sounded christian to me! Has anyone heard Skillet or Fireflight? I think they are awsome!!!!!

unless of course thats also in bible chapter that never was.

i was raised christian.
i did accept jesus as my lord and savior and thats how southern baptists believe thats how you go to heaven.
i do not go to church anymore because of conflicting beliefs.
i believe in other gods, and other aspects of other religions.
like hindu, wiccan, norse, chinese, japanese, celtic, and native american.
and because of this i do not and never will put down someone elses religion.
except for $cientology.
because it is not a religion.
its a cult.
i do not worship any other god. i barely worship jesus.
i hold other beliefs more important than what the majority of christians think now a days. when i grew up, we were taught to love and accept one another, to turn our cheek to a problem, and to forgive one another.
that doesnt seem to be the message that i have seen being given to church audiences recently.
but who am i?

on a happier note. i adore veggie tales. i think theyre a fabulous way of teaching good morals to kids.
not to mention silly songs with larry is quite entertaining. 8D

i think i agree with u maybe on one thing i dont go to church right now because our last one was horrible i think alot of churches are just in it for the money now some of them arent and i hope we find one of those but for now my church is my famliy my dad is a great christian and i can always ask him about something and he ussaly has the answer.

money is a major issue with the churches now a days. i grew up with the one my grandma has always gone to, the one my aunt was married at, the one my mother was baptised at. but suddenly everything became about how BIG the church was and how MUCH MONEY they had. it wasnt about god anymore, it was about showing off and being the biggest.

also, conflicts concerning other lifestyles, wether they be the gay issue, the interacial marriages, etc. last i remembered we were taught to love and accept our brothers, to respect each other, and to forgive for whatever the case may be. apparently we dont do that anymore.

the last time i went to church was probably 3 years ago for easter because my grandma asked me to. did they talk about the easter story? no. they talked about how horrible the government is for even talking about gay marriage. my grandma went to church last sunday and some woman brings up how horrible halmark is for having gay cards, and how they should boycot the company.

it just doesnt seem to be about jesus, or god, or learning good morals and the ten commandments anymore.

but like i said, who am i?

and im not trying to start a fight here, kids. im just babbling my opinion.

And personally, if going to hell means I get to spend time with my homeboy who tells me that indulging in what I like instead of abstaining is A-OK, I'm fine with it.

That is another thing that can go directly back to the Bible that is a No-No and Christians should never JUDGE anyone or actually no one should judge anyone. In the Bible the ultimate Judger is God himself. So you are absolutely right when you talk about ignorance, because there is a lot of that among religions. Not all Christians are like that, but there are many who are and that is what ultimately turns people away from religion.
