I hate to bring this up (well, actually, no I don't, I've wanted to do it for a while). Are you a Christian? And if you think you are, what do you consider a Christian? How do you think you get to heaven?

I am Roman Catholic...I think that is 50% Catholic 50% Christian...isn't Christian you believe in Jesus? If it is I am.

I am, I'm a Lutheran.
A Christian is anyone who believes in Jesus, God, Heaven, etc.
And I think everyone goes to Heaven, no matter what they do on Earth. Why would God create us not-perfect, then punish us for making mistakes when were are basically made to make them.

And if you think you are, what do you consider a Christian? Anyone baptized. Also Catholicism and Christianity are almost the same thing. Like if you are a Christian you are also Catholic. Catholicism is one of many Christian religions, with doctrine and ritual unique to itself. Sorta like Christianity as being a house and Catholicism being one of many rooms, if that makes sense.
How do you think you get to heaven? I think everyone goes to heaven unless you commit a serious sin (murder, abuse, etc.)

I'm only going to say that I'm a Christian, and that I've been one since I was born. I don't really like to say what I believe in online at all. It just idk.. it makes people think different of you [sometimes] not trying to be mean to anybody for what I said.​

Do I have an organized religion? No.
I am registered in the Roman Catholic church and I'm baptised, so technically I fall under the Christian category.
I don't go to church every holiday, I pray when I can.
I think you get into heaven by your actions on Earth. That it is somehow a "test" for us. If you do a major wronging (is that even a word?) you go to Hell. IE - anything punishible by law ending with you in jail. murder, rape, that kinda stuff.

Hint of advice, keep this bit of info to yourself. Many on the board are pro-choice when it comes to the gay/straight thing. We've got a lot of people who try to push their beliefs on others, we don't like it. Don't go around saying "OMG you're gay/lesbian, you're going to HELLLLL!!" just say like "Okay, you can be gay/lesbian. I personally don't believe in it, but whatever floats your boat" or something along those lines.

call me what you will. i dont think labels and denominations are really all that necessary.

i dont believe everything in the bible.

i believe god endowed us with an internal moral compass, and our actions by that are what determine what happens after our death.

Are you a Christian? No. I was baptized a Christian and went to church until I was about 6, but I'm not in an organized religion. I believe in God very strongly and in heaven but I don't believe in some teachings of the bible.

How do you think you get to heaven? I think everybody "gets in". I don't believe in Hell. There's a lot more I could say about what I believe in with heaven, but I think I would get a little off-topic, lol.

i am a christian i follow God belive Jesus is my savior and the Holy Spirit is my guide i belive everything it tells us in the bible and i belive u have to live ur life for God like he is sitting beside u or standing beside u and thats how u get into heaven IMO
