OH MY GOODNESS!! I am exhausted!!:faint: :faint: :faint:

I have a new appreciation for primary grade teachers. One more day to go!!!!! It has not been a stressful assignment but I walk out physically pooped.......Gee does that count towards exercise?:tongue:

I never sit down and by the end of the day I am tired of my own voice. The teacher did call me at home today to say thank you......that was very nice.

The kids are very nice but they are still babies. Here they are in 1st grade all day and come 11am they want to know if it is time to go home:D :D By 2pm (dismissal is 3:15pm) I have mentally lost them - they are off in their own worlds.::yes::

Weight wise it has not been the best of weeks. I stayed at the same weight loss of 5lbs. which I can say is good that I didn't gain but I would have been happy just for 1/2 pound.

SO I am refocusing and working towards a weight loss next week:goodvibes :goodvibes

I have to ask besides being a substitute teacher I also work at the Disney Store. Now when I am there I am in constant motion and there are shifts where I come home aching from all the walking. Does that count as exercise because it is not my normal job?

Needing some support AND ideas for lunch that I bring with to subbing and stay around 4-6 points. I am not a fussy eater and make my lunches the night before. Any thoughts.

AHHHHHHHH my pillow is calling my name.......

Linda, I'm tired just reading your post! LOL

Congratulations on maintaining this week! I've been maintaining the same weight without a loss for about a month now so I feel your pain, but I figure as long as we aren't gaining we must be doing something right.

I'm not sure that your job would actually count as exercise but anything extra you do to move your body certainly burns some calories and helps you out! :)

At least you have a long weekend to look forward to. Do you work at DS this weekend? You could do with the rest. Sorry, I can't help you with lunch ideas. I do lc. Hope you get a good night's sleep.

Thanks for stopping by!! I know I have been MIA lately;)

It has been a hectic time and also not good for losing weight. Tomorrow is weigh in and I don't know what to expect. I have been having problems staying on plan and counting points.

So whether there is a weight loss or not TOMORROW I am recommitting to the cause::yes:: ::yes::

Have decided to switch to CORE and give it a try. I am very frustrated with my own lack of will power.:mad: :mad:

I start off the day great and then when things get crazy I go crazy and eat the easiest thing in front of me.

Disney Store has scheduled me for WAY TOO MANY hours.........:( :( . Have spoken with the manager and she will try to remember to cut back. We are very short handed and am having trouble hiring for the holiday. BUT that is not my problem.......I like my manager and job ALOT. I will quit if I have to but it would make me sad. I sub 5 days a week and only want to work about 13 hours at TDS. This week I am scheduled for 27 hrs:eek: :eek:

So I am off to make my hard boiled eggs and DARN IT sit down and watch the Pilates DVD.

Wish me Luck.............I am sooooooooooooooooooooooo frustrated with myself.:mad: :mad:

Linda, I'm so sorry to hear of your frustrations. :hug:

You are doing so much right now it's understandable how things got a little out of whack. You sound like you are determined to get it back on track and that's exactly what it takes is determination. We all believe in you and we know you can do it!

I hope you are able to get your hours cut back to where you want them and that the new program works out well for you.

I saw that you signed up for the Thanksgiving Challenge, there isn't a doubt in my mind that you'll reach that 10lb. goal and maybe even surpass it! :)

Your schedule is a killer. I hope that you can get your manager to reduce your hours. You would think that they would value a longterm employee and want to keep you happy.

The Core is interesting. I am tempted to try it myself. Next plateau, I probably will.

I am sending :wizard: for your weighin tomorrow. You do sound determined.::yes:: I think you will definately see some results soon.

Linda, congratulations on 1.5 pounds GONE!! YAY!!!!

I think you should cut yourself some slack. You've had a crazy work schedule and that has to take precedence over everything else at the moment. I'm not saying you should go off WW and skip exercise, but I do think you need to put them in perspective with everything else in your life and be realistic. Just make the best choices you can.

Try to make today the best day you can, knowing that your best is always good enough! :sunny:

I'm trying to catch up on journals. And bam yours was like excercising. Wow! I can not even imagine a whole class of first graders. That's like the age where the bounce off the walls with energy!!!! Your quite a WOMAN!!!
I work 2 jobs too. But I insist that I only work every other Sunday so my hours are very limited. They need me to bad to let me go. Plus I am reliable. That's a word not in most people vocabulary these days when it comes to work here in Central Florida... You have to be firm. Next time it happens tell them to change it. You can't work it.. Be firm. If they want to keep you they will do it.

Now what is CORE? Is that still WW? And good Luck with your new program girl.
