Choosing where to stay off site

I'm in the midst of planning a week long trip to WDW, staying off site with the family, this October. Looking for any feedback on the following resorts: Mystic Dunes, FantasyWorld and Windsor Hills. I'm looking at different types of accommodations in Windsor Hills...some straight condo and townhomes with the private "splash" pool. I've not been to any of them and planning from afar is making me feel a bit nervous.

We have stayed at Mystic Dunes. A newer updated room they r nice. My biggest complaint is no outdoor hot tubs. Our favourite is Orange Lake.

We've stayed at Mystic Dunes also and really enjoyed it. Just make sure to ask for an updated room!

We have stayed at Windsor Hills and plan to stay there again this October. We don't spend much time at the pool since we have access to a pool 5 months out of the year at home. So I can't comment there. I love the location of WH though. Convenient to restaurants and plenty of place to buy groceries. Not to mention 10 minutes from the parks.
