Choosing park days - April 2020

We have 5 day park hoppers and need some help deciding which specific days to do what park (staying offsite). Right now, tentative plan is one day at Epcot (with possible park hop to HS), one day MK, one day at AK and one day at HS. For the 5th day, we are debating whether to do AK or HS to start day with park hop to MK for afternoon/evening. Our options for park days are April 13-16 and April 18-21. We've done Disney before; our last visit to WDW was 3 years ago. #1 priority for us this trip is rides

Is the crowd calendar on Undercover Tourist a reliable way to choose the "best" park to go to on each day? Should we avoid going to a park if it has extra magic hours or an after hours event? We may be able to get to parks for rope drop a couple times but it's more likely that we will be arrive after official park open and stay until close.

Any suggestions on which day is "best" for each park would be very much appreciated.

I would say April 18-21 since it’s farther away from Easter but I also think there’s a marathon going on so that could affect your plans. Our first park day is 4/21 and we‘ll be going to MK. I think it’s an EMM morning but I don’t think that effects crowds too much based on numbers of people that attend. We personally don’t choose EMH parks and prefer normal rope drop. I sure hope Touring Plans projections are right because they have our HS day as a 2!

Star Wars Marathon April 16-19.
Not sure how crowded that is compared to other marathons.

I agree the farther away from Easter week you can get so I would go with the 18th

Would someone be so kind as to screenshot or send me the touring plans info for our days April 6-10? I know they will be crazy with Easter but am hoping this could help me prepare!

It seems that weekends have been crazy busy this year at DHS since RotR opened local blackouts ended...and Epcot would probably have more locals on the weekend during F&G.
