I have eaten at all three (O'hana multiple times) and my order would be this:
1) Boma - One of the best meals I've had at Disney! I'm not a buffet person as I find them to be "germy" but this was very clean. The food selection was plentiful and everything I tried was delicious. My favorites were the soups, curried pasta salad and the hummus (SO GOOD). However, with the good also comes the bad at times so a warning: one of my travel companions got horribly sick from some undercooked chicken he ate at Boma. Now in defense of the restaurant, he saw it was undercooked and kept eating it, but just a warning to always make sure your chicken is cooked!
2) O'hana - My husband and I love this place. We've eaten there twice and thought the food both times was great. The service can at times leave something to be desired but it's never been horrible. My suggestion is to make an early reservation when the restaurant opens to beat the crowds...your service will be much better than when they are swamped. Also, the bread pudding is DIVINE and makes this dinner worth it IMHO.
3) WCC - I liked this place much more for the antics than I did for the food. We ordered the skillet meal and as far as BBQ goes, it wasn't bad but it also wasn't the best I've had. The sausage was my favorite on the skillet. However, the all you can drink milkshakes for a drink as part of the dining plan were awesome (even though we only got through one each). My criticism is that although I think antics can be fun, this is an open area type of place and it can get extremely loud. So if you are prone to headaches, I'd steer clear of this one.
It may also depend on whether you're paying OOP or using the dining plan. Boma and O'hana are expensive OOP but are definitely a great table service credit on the plan. WCC can be also since it's all you can eat, but I think the others are a better use of your credits and money. Good luck deciding!
