At WDW I ordered the chocolate slipper dessert for my daughter on her birthday once. Do they have anything like this at DLR?
 
I have not heard of anything similar being offered at any of the DLR restaurants. I think your best bet is to call Disneyland Dining and talk with the Custom Cake department to see if they have anything similar.
