Chocolate Peanut Butter Sandwich gone?

Was at DL last month looking forward to my favorite treat, the chocolate peanut butter sandwich. But was dismayed to discover they were no longer available. Looked in all the usual places; Pooh corner, Main Street, and DCA. Anyone know if this is just temporary or permanent?

Found this story on the sandwiches at poohs corner, dated Feb this year, apparently they have been gone from there for a while

O no! Say it isnt so I do hope they still sell it at another location! Its a must have treat for us.

Nooooo! The peanut butter sandwiches are my and DH favorite treat! I will be heartbroken if they don't return.

Also, the article posted above says the next best treat they offer is chocolate peanut butter fudge. In what world is a piece a fudge comaprable to a glorious peanut butter sandwich? Lol

Funny that this would come up on here today. Last night on facebook I saw a post from Six Sisters Blog with a recipe for these, and a post saying they were no longer available in the park. I wanted to cry. It is one of the things I always indulge in when we are there. I'll have to find a new treat.

This is really upsetting. I had a hard time finding a new favorite treat after the milk chocolate almond bark was removed many year ago. I was finally turned on to this a few years ago - I feel like we just didn't have enough time together...
