On foodtv they showed a company that makes these giant fortune cookies. They then dip the tops in choclate and roll them in sprinkles. I found a recipe for giant fortune cookes and I want to try to make these. But I'm not sure what to use for the choclate dip. Since it's alot of choclate I want it to taste good. But I don't want it to be soft or melt and get gooey. Sort of like a hard glaze I think. Any tips?
