My General Manager where I work absolutely *loves* chocolate covered pretzels. I always get her some for Christmas/her birthday... just randomly throughout the year.

Well, I was trying to figure out where to get them from this year (I don't just go buy the pre-packaged stuff from Wal*Mart- flips? or whatever they're called..)
When I realized.. DUH! I'll be in Disney the week before christmas and I can't imagine them not having any...

So, now my question is- does WDW have any? And will they still just be the same basic thing as if I bought them at Wal*Mart?... no clue where to even look, was hoping someone here could help me out.. Thanks!

Can't help you with the WDW question, but why not just make them yourself. They are super easy and really don't take much time. Just buy your favorite pretzel shape and melt almond bark. Dip the pretzel in and place on waxed paper to dry. I got some from a cookie exchange that were delicious. They used the pretzel rods, dipped them in white almond bark then rolled them in crushed candy canes! YUM! Happy dipping!

YES! they do have them at WDW. They are on my list every trip! I know that they have them in Germany in Epcot and I have seen them in other sweet shops around the world. They are large and covered in yummy chocolate an dipped in all sorts of toppings. My fav is the toffee! YUM!

I would make them myself also, but you could check for Mickey shaped pretzels. They have pasta in shapes, maybe pretzels too. I don't always use pretzel rods, in fact I like to use waffle shape, you get more chocolate.

Disney has several ways to buy them. At the candy shops they sells them seperately, buy them like Flips (we used to buy the white chocolate covered ones for my mom but have noticed on the past couple of trips it now says white frosted), they also have them in boxed. Just go to any of the candy shops and see what works best for you.

The candy stores or any of the big gift shops have them in boxes...pretzels covered in either chocolate or white chocolate. They also have a box with mixed 2 chocolate and 2 white chocolate with some toppings like sprinkles or butter crunch.

Now the ultimate is at Goofy's Candy Co in DTD, where you can choose what you want and have them made to order. You can start with a variety of things, 3 pretzel rods is one of the options along with caramel apple, marshmallow, Rice Krispy Treat, cookie, etc...

You then choose to get it dipped in milk, white, or mint chocolate (I didnt notice the mint when I was there, but its on the list).

Next you can get it topped with sprinkles, white chocolate chips, peanuts, pecans, crushed Oreo, crushed M&Ms crushed Butterfinger, or crushed Reeses, and then drizzeld with caramel or chocolate.

Heres a not so good picture of them making a rice krispie treat...

Well, All I know is that here in Disneyland, CA, we have Mickey head pretzels at the candy shop on main street. They serve them as your choice of milk choco/white choco/dark choco or my favorite...PEANUT BUTTER WITH CHOCOLATE STRIPES!

Mmmmmm. They also have these delish pretzel rods (not shaped like mickey) that are dipped in creamy caramel, and then dipped in chocolate. If you bring a ziploc style bag with you, they should last till your boss can get the tasties. ;)

WDW and I assume Disneyland (since it says it on the bag) has an 8 oz bag of regular shaped chocolate pretzels for $5 a bag. I HAVE to get these every trip - they taste MUCH better then the Flips. The chocolate is great tasting and the pretzels are very fresh tasting.
