choc. strawberries

we are staying at the beach club in sep and would love to surprise my girlfriend with some chocalate covered strawberries waiting in the room one night. can anyone help with this request. maybe there is a phone number or link someone has used before, any help would be appreciated.

I am almost positive that I got some from Starring Rolls Bakery at MGM lasy May (they were the best!!!)- perhaps someone else can confirm.
You could always call 407-WDW-DINE and ask them if they know; or perhaps get the number for Starring Rolls Bakery and call them direct - good luck!

Hello!

The strawberries are really good. I think they marinate them before covering them in chocolate. From what I've been told most deluxe resorts have the strawberries available on their rooms service menu. I would call the BC and ask. If you are staying concierge, they can arrange it for you. Otherwise I would call the front desk at BC (if you don't have the number call CRO and they will transfer you) and make your request. You can even have the dessert delivered to a restaurant of your choice at the resort. Good luck!

The Yacht and Beach Club have an "amenities" menu that you can find at www.wdwig.com, Deb Wills site under dining. You can order a number of really cute items from them and they'll place them in the room. The chocolate Mickeys and the chocolate covered strawberries are delicious. I ordered a bottle of champagne with the chocolate covered strawberries to be waiting for us after dinner one night when we got back to the room. It was really special.
