Chit Chat Thread - November ADRs...

I'm hoping so. We currently have a CRT reservation for a non-party night, but I'm still hunting for a better time/date. I'm cheap and I'd like to use my TiW card! :)
Good luck! I really hope it happens. I guess the stalking will continue! :) :/

re: cabbing, I don't think you can catch a cab to the MK. I've only cabbed once and I was taken to the TTC, and I'm pretty sure I've heard that's standard practice.

I would cab to one of the resorts, not the TTC. Poly is the easiest to catch the monorail, IMHO and CR is the easiest to walk from

These ADR's are driving me crazy! I think I have our days set, and then I find a reservation and contemplate switching our park days again... We aren't park hopping, so our park days are determined by our ADR's and MVMCP. I feel like I need to have things figured out before we get to 30 days, because FPs will open up to non-resort guests, right? (I haven't been switching my MK days because we don't want to loose the hard to get FP's - but other parks seem to have pretty good availability, but I'm guessing that will change...)

Looks like Minnie's Dinner isn't going to be in the cards for us, but I got H&V lunch with F! and we get to see O-Lights - so it should still be a great HS day! :-)

YAY! I just scored an Akershus Breakfast for the exact date I wanted. One of my twin girls is going to BBB the night before so she'll be able to attend as a Princess! She started crying when I told her. Now if I can just get a BOG QS, I'm all set!

I wonder if CRT will open party night reservations like BOG recently did???

Last 2 years it never happened. They don't open so much as they schedule their staff. CRT reservations are consistent enough that they are booked up. BOG during party nights get really slow and they only have waitstaff during dinner so it takes them longer. They also want to make sure people have party tickets for later reservations. Last year they were playing around with possibly having a dessert party at CRT but the halloween one did so poorly they never did. (It would have been awesome btw with A&E hosting!) Even after they decided to not have the dessert party last year there was no big CRT opening.

Thank you for the information! A dessert party at CRT with A&E would be fabulous. Too bad it didn't work out. My niece would have loved it.

IKR?! I know Disney works, but I seriously question their logic. If there's HOURS to wait to meet a character, do you really think people won't pony up $100 for a party?

Thanks I sincerely hope so for my daughters sake.

I know I would pay whatever it takes to make my niece's and nephew happy! Also, as you said, the convenience ....huge plus! Let's hope it happens :)

I've posted a couple times about my quest for a CR, Ohana, or Akershus reservation for a party of 8 on the 8th. With yesterday's news of DDS's impending doom, I was totally hopeless but then I stumbled on a 5:30 TH! Now, my family (minus me) are not big fans of Boma but they all think the menu seems different and they want my boys to meet the characters plus there appear to be decent veggie options for my SIL (she's more flexatarian).

I'm still on the hunt but it's a relief to have something exciting!

Is anyone else having trouble with the website? It keeps giving me a message that there is a problem searching for the reservation at this time.
