Ok, who sees a chiropractor, and what do they do for you? A chiropractor just opened up next to my Starbucks and I am curious...When I was pregnant with DS, my midwife kept harping on me to go to a chiropractor for my hip pain, but I refused and dealt with it with yoga instead. When I went 40+ weeks with him, she asked me to go again but I still didn't (he was born at 42). I don't really have any pain, but I do carry a lot of tension in my shoulders and I get migraines every once in a while.

I'm going Monday for lower back pain that radiates to my hip after walking for a short time. This past August I took my grandaughter to Disney for her 16th birthday. Now, I go to Disney most every year, but that last time was bad. Just stopping for 5 or 10 minutes was enough to carry on for a while.

I'll be back to Disney in Oct, and I sure hope the chiro can help me with this pain.

I used to crack my back on my own all the time and it would be even more painful the next day. I bit the bullet and got an adjustment and I have zero back pain. I go every 3 weeks or so and feel it's worth it- I just feel better overall.

I see one about every 6 weeks to feel good and my son goes to adjust himself because he's a very physical athlete-taking hits regulary.
