Chinese Restaurant near WDW

We will have a car and would like to get Chinese take-out one night, any suggestions? We are staying at Coronado Springs Resort.

I can only tell you NOT to get it at the place in the Orange Lake Publix strip mall.

There are very few good Chinese restaurants in the area. Some are so-so. The only one I would ever recommend is Ming Court, but it's on I-Drive, so I doubt if you want to go that far. I usually just end up making Chinese food at home, because it's so hard to find a good place.
